Problem with WSPUBLISH TCode

HI Friends,

In the WSPUBLISH t -code, Its opening PGR_ER_ES_PUBLICATION ,

wherein we are the selection field for Service definitions is missing.

we are using ECC6.0 with EHP1,with SAP_ABA being 7.1.1.

Any pointers for solving this issue.

I think its clearly due to missing/wrong configuration.
