Hi,
Yesterday production system restarted automatically,this first time happened.here iam sending the stopdb.log.

What may be the iam not understanding guide me for the sane to analyze.

I think system had been rebooted.Kindly check OS level logs .

Make sure that there was no such planned OFFLINE backup during that time....and paste the log from alertSID.log content (for exact time of shutdown).

Hi,
Also, check the alert.log file. Do not know what is the operation system, if it is windows then check in event viewer where you can get the details of what happended exactly at that time. If it is other OS then probably take the help of OS guys to find out the logs in the systems. Also, did u check in SM21 for that particualr time.

Check latest dev_disp.old , dev_w0.old ....... file which will give you some hint what the exact problem...
