error: rfcprogram register fail

Hi experts,

I am facing a problem with ecc6.0 ( no java stack & netweaver installed here), the work processes are not starting up( shows the status stopped). The database is working fine ( oracle 10g), performed all commmands ' R3TRANS - D. due to all the above I am not able to login to sap access screen because the sap system is not starting fully. I gather from my knowledge that I may have problems with login data, Please advise The error : 'rfcprogram registerfail 'in the system trace file, Kindly advice,

What do you see in the dev_disp and dev_w0 logs? Looks like some kernel problem..
