Hi,

we using SRM 5, Support pack 4.

A WF for shopping cart sends workitem to user's Lotus Notes.

Lotus Note has a link which on clicking should take him to approval portal in SRM.

Issue: When user clicks, it takes him to portal for log in, but doesnt login even after putting correct credentials.

I just checked the WF log, and found there are 2 container

a) REQREQ.REQUISTIONUSER.ITSDESTINATIONSY and

b) REQREQ.REQUISITIONUSER.ITSDESTIONATION.

now the container b) has some link address and container a) is empty.

Question is

1) How is container b) filled with the link address

2) Workitem mail body has container a) used which is actually empty, is it because its empty the link is not opening even after putting correct credentials or is there something else to be done on OSS notes or SICF or any other setting?

resolved, issue was with ITS_DEST attribute, which was not maintained properly.
