Configuration of HR Triggers in CUP

Hi all,

According to this "How to Guide", I've created connector, jobs, mapping, etc.

I've followed all steps in order to trigger an action when the First Name was changed.

in table /VIRSA/RULEATTR I can see the rule, but anything happen when I change the first name for a Person in PA30.

Table /VIRSA/INT_TRIG remains empty

The question is: do I have to do something in the HR system to fill the table??

Please check SAP Note 1347147 - Access Control-CUP HR Trigger is not getting triggered.

Thanks Sunny but this note was included in SP07. We are on SP11.

Hi,

Please verify whether the table "VIRSA_AE_SYS_TRIG" has got an entry of HR system where you are trying to run HR Trigger.
