Strange Display problems with webservice creation after doing systemcopy

Hello SAP gurus

I have recently completed doing system copy and am tesing the target system.

I can see all the tables, bapis etc., and even bapis are running as expected.

However, when I try to create a webservice of a bapi, most of the wizard screens shows up as blank.

I went to SE80 and selected the BAPI and right clicked on it and selected 'create webservice'.

It took me through the number of wizard screens, where I could see the important fields like field where I enter the name of the webservice etc., and also the check boxes etc., HOwever on the top panel and the left panel where I am supposed to see description in detail is coming up blank.

Has anybody seen this problem before?

Any feedback on this will be highly appreciated.
