Greetings,
We are using HCM Processes and Forms on ECC 6.04.
Some users in our production environment are getting the error message "The file is damaged and could not be repaired" in IE when the Adobe interactive form tries to launch in the window. I don't believe it is a local computer issue because other users have been able to launch the form on the same computer.
Has anyone encountered this?
JP
We found out the problem. The employee wasn't using an approved computer that had the proper software configuration. We were under the assumption that he was using the proper computer when the problem was report.
Thanks

Hmmmm first.....make sure they are on a supported Reader version (which does not always mean the "latest and greatest"). If that's not it, we can go from there.

Hello, is your form a new one or an enhanced standard one? In that case I would guess the unexpected value is coming into the form probably. I don´t know how could I help you debug that, I don´t have any experience with HCMPF.
