Unable to create Task List

Dear Friends,

Currently i am with SolMan 7.0 EHP1 , SP level 18.

1. I have done Basic settings

2. RFC generations

3. TMS Configuration and other pre-requisties.

in SolMan Project i have enabled "Activate Change Request Management" .. The application is all are green. No Errors.

Then i hope the next step as i need to create a Task List. When i am trying to create the Task List in the SolMan Project, it is giving the following error.

"Internal Phase Controller Problem"

Please let me know what could be the problem.

Hello Prakash,

There are several things you can check for this error.

First that yiou have assigned a Business Partner - BP.

Secondly please check the Charm RFC Destination *TMW for any errors.

If destination NONE is used make sure it is in upercase and not " NONE" with a space.

Should you be creating your own variants then you will want to review SAP Note 927124 - Creating variants for a phase model.

Dear Paul.

Thanks for your reply.

1. I Have assigned with a BP number.

2. Regarding your second question "Charm RFC Destination". Hope you mean in SMSY RFC check for all the clients. This is completely fine , and gives result in green colour for satellite system and solMan as well.

Please let me know you are pointing something else.

3. I am using SAP Standard variant. So hope i dont need to go for that note i guess.

Please let me know any other possibility cause this. ??
