User unable to login !

Hi,

One of the user is unable to login to the SRM quality system thru web. strange thing is when he enters the id and pwd and press 'logon' button, it is not gng inside ( indeed, pwd column is showing blank and erased the pwd entered ). No action performing.

I have checked with other id and it it able to login successfully.

Anywhere else am missing ?

what could be the issue ?

Hi,

As Muthu commented on.

The user is verified is in the structure organizacional PPOSA_BBP.

Haul of that, be verified the data are ok with the transaction BBP_ATTR_CHECK.

Verify the function (profile) of the user and if that function is adjusted in PFCG.

Check and make sure its a dialog user. The behavior you describe is that of a service user.

Thanks for your prompt replies.

Muthu / Pedro : User is consistent as per the org. structure wise and aslo confirmed the same from consitency check tramsactions you mentioned.

Justin : Belongs to dialog user only.

Strange thing is, in the same screen i can able to login and this user is unable to and even not showing any error messages.

Jus simply pwd is wipped out and id remains there same.

Really appreicate with any more inputs.

Please check the User Id, whether it contains any blank space.

Ex:ABCD__

Muthu :

Even thru GUI, user is unable to login. Not sure the reason.

Suneel : User id is fine.

Does that just happen in the user's machine?

Did you already try to use the login in another machine?

Version of Java?

Verify an user that is ok with the user with mistake with the transaction SUIM

Hi

check with basis person.

and explore his user information.

is it locked? password expired?

or reset his password and try . basis can only help.

Hi Maron

if he integrated to org structure and he can log in to SRM and if he has role to perform action.

check bbp-check-consistency report for his user for shopping cart. is he get gree light like your id/
