ERP ECC 6.0 integration with eSourcing and CLM (without MDM; without SRM)

Dear experts,

Can anyone provide a good summary of the key integration points between ECC 6.0 Operational Procurement, eSourcing, and Contract LifeCycle Management? We are not using SRM for procurement or MDM. Our goals are to support our Legal department's request for a global contract repository and to support our Procurement department's request to leverage the contracts and terms library in future sourcing events (RFx, auctions) and for compliance (payment terms, pricing, ...) in operational procurement (purchase orders and scheduling agreements).
