could you explain to me what is the differance between customer rebate and material rebate and customer hirarchy rebate

Hi Ahmed,

Customer Rebate will only calculate the rebate for that particular customer. If you created a condition record inthe agreement for this customer then the rebate value will be populated in the invoice.

Material rebate : If any customer purchases these materials ( Which is mentioned in the agreement ), If the customer is eligible for Rebate then system willl calculate the rebate value in the invoice.

Customer Heirarchy - Based on the Heighrarchy you maintained in the agreement for those customers Rebate value will be calculated in the invoice.
