Actual settlement don't execute

Dear experts!

Now, I'm getting some problem about Settlement.

- The first, I have a project and I executed settlement rule for Work breakdown structures (WBS) in the Project.

- Second, after that I used transaction code CJ88 to execute actual settlement for one's. But the system display "settlement execute = 0".

How do I have to do?

Hi Huy!

Can you please provide more information about what you are doing? It would be helpful if you'd informed:

1) The data of the settlement rule, such as the account assignment category, settlement type, fields from/to period;

2) The data informed in the selection screen of transaction CJ88;

3) The periods in which there are costs in the project (take a look at transaction CJI3 and modify the layout of the report so you can see the subtotals per period).

I think that's a start.

Hi Huy,

For doing settlement you should have posted actual costs to the WBS, if RA key has been used. Then in that case first you do RA run using T.code KKA2 and then do the settlement run using T.code CJ88.

Are the actual costs posted to the project objects?

Also quote your error message number.
