Actual hours not updating in the transaction CN41N

Hello

The transaction S_ALR_87013542 has been updating actual hours 520.4 H and actual cost $ 57244 for the network V12228012200/1230 correctly. But it is not updating the hours 82.2 (it is showing 520.4-82.2=438.2) correctly and it is updating actual values $ 57244 correctly in the transaction CN41N. The hours 82.2 has been posted through KB21N.

Please let know is it Bug or do we need to implement any Sap Note to get reflect the hours in CN41N?

Please help me on this regard.

Try T Code CJEN for the specific project and see if this sorts the report.

Hi Prakash!

What is the release of your SAP_APPL? In case you're working with any release of SAP ECC 6.0, I would suggest you to search the SAP notes, as there are approximately 89 notes avaiable for CN41N in the version 6.0 (yes, it has a lot of bugs!). Just taking a quick look in the support portal, I found these 2 notes:

935252 - CN41N:-Values not displayed in structure overview

1297169 - CN41N - Actual Work Unit of Measure totals up Incorrectly

Unfortunately, the titles of the notes not always help us much. If you are in a hurry to fix this problem, maybe you should go ahead and open a message for SAP Support (report a product error).
