I guess you were trying to input a serial number which is already in the data base in which case, system will not allow to do the post the goods return.

If my guess is wrong, let me know please.

Its the same serial number that were used at PGI, but it is the requirement.

Then in that case, my above suggestion is the answer to your question. You cannot maintain the same serial number.

This is resolved by running this program RISTEQ07 for ESNs..

This is basically repair the ESNs.
