Creating a spool request - PDF

Hello alll,

I need to create a spool requset of a pdf,

I have a string that represent a pdf content and i need to create from it a spool request.

i tried using FM RSPO_WRITE_SPOOLREQUEST but the pdf string was wrriten as a text line.

Hi,

My problem is that I need to transfer pdf form from ECC to CRM,

We need to create the spool in the CRM, but the form is being generated in the ECC.

we thoght about transfering the PDF string (using get_pdf parameter in the form) to the CRM and then creating there a spool request.

Hello,

I understood as in the program itself you have the PDF format and not a pdf file from your system.

In this case, please check the point in the program where you are getting the content in PDF format. Hope, you can create a spool also from the same point.

For instance, if you call a smartform, then we have options like convert to OTF ot send to spool. In order to get the form layout in a PDF, we will first convert it to OTF and then OTF to PDF (Few function module is available in SAP).

So could you please tell us more details like what kind of data you are trying to convert.
