Error: MUT -03011

Hello Guys,

I am trying to install ERP 2004 SR1 system on windows 2003, (AMD 64 architecture) with Oracle as Db. I am getting the below mentioned error:

ERROR 2010-05-12 08:47:17

MUT-03011 Execution of the command "D:/DOCUME_{1/emadmin/LOCALS}1/Temp/1/sapinst_exe.5628.1273641043/SAPCAR.exe -x -v -g -i -R F:\usr\sap\AM4\SYS\exe\nuc\NTAMD64 -f F:\temp\Downloads\NT\AMD64/SAPEXE.SAR," finished with return code 29. Output:

Can anyone pls assist me in resolving the error?

Hi,

Some time "retrying" for few times solves the problem.

If not, Please check if SAPEXE.SAR file exist in "F:\temp\Downloads\NT\AMD64".

If it exists try to manually extract it from command prompt.

(Use the same command as shown in log to extract the file...)

Hello Rajesh,

You had pointed out right. The path "F:\temp\Downloads\NT\AMD64" was not there, hence no chance of SAPEXE.SAR being there. Once I have created the required path and placed the sar file, the issue got resolved.
