Activation FI-CA

Please let me know how to activate FI-CA.

Do I need to install any enhancement package like EP4?

I would like to use FI-CA on ECC 6.0.

However, when I tried to execute transactions of FI-CA,

I got error messages by German such as

" Sie besitzen keine inaktiven Objekte."

and cannot use at all.

Hello,

You can active FICA_EHP4 via Transaction SFW5.

Are Industry add-ons (e.g public sector, utilities etc) switched on yet?

I would point your attention to SAP Note 838003 as a guide.

FI-CA comes with these Industry Solutions, and only one IS add-on can be activated in a system.

Note 874546 and 874416 may also be of help.

Thanks for your advice.

It seemed our problem came from enhancement package.

After we installed EHP4, I could activate it,

although there are many short dumps from FICA related programs.
