Collective PR

Hi PS Gurus

Requirement of client as described below.

Our current scenario is collective PR through network for external /service activities .Hence at any time system generating system generates only one PR no with line item in successive manner as per creation .

Now requirement of client is that new PR should be generated(but of collective in nature) after saving of new activities in existing network.

Eg

Network 400010

creation & saving

1st PR no 1000001 10/20/30 etc

2nd PR no 1000002 10/20/30

Kindly suggest any enhancement /SAP note is there for same.

Hi,

As of enhancement package 4 of release ERP600, there is collective PR indicator tab available for project defination to group materials assigned to different networks to one PR:

Purchase requisition indicator

The purchase requisition indicator groups materials under a single purchase requisition (PR) .

Use

The purchase requisition indicator is defined at the project level, and is used to group materials in a single PR across different networks and WBS elements within the project. The PR indicator can be assigned when a material component is created.

But it seems this function is not available for network activities. Also I can't find any user-exit or BADI could be used for this function.

Rachel, Collective PR is available as of EHP3 not EHP4....and it is available for external activity, service activity and Material components....Also, the user might have created the duplicate thread unknowingly so it will be fine if you reply to any one of the thread but not to both the thread....you can ask user or moderator to delete the duplicate thread.

Project Team, Could you please give some more detail on your requirement. Also, search this forum, there are threads available on collective PR, if it doesnt fulfil your requirement then you can post a new thread.
