user gets locked in PI every time i open any URL

Hi Experts

I have a strange error on my PI system.

I have done a system copy of PI 7.1 frm prod to Qty.

I am facing error as my when ever i login to any URL the pisuper user gets locked.

Can you plz assist on this.

Hi!

Check the notes below according to the version you have to mantain the

user passwords accordingly:

999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users

936093 - XI 7.0: Changing the passwords of XI service users

721548 - XI 3.0: Changing the passwords of the XI service users

Hi,

As you are not getting any error, people can only give suggestions instead of solutions.

1-Please check whether this behavior is only when loggin from your system or any other system.

2-try deleting cookies and temp files in system.

3-uninstall JRE and install again.

ya i have referred some notes but dont know why my user gets locked.

I have set the master password for both PISUPER and j2ee_admin user.

and when ever i open any exchange profile URL 1st time whn i give password it asks again wth pop up window.

and whn i check user in ABAP the user shows locked,

my UME is ABAP>

My other post also refers the same problem.

All rfc are ok green.

sld check fails as no conncetion to exchange profile.

Also all the readiness checks fails then.
