Hello Lee,

I will suggest you to check the saposcol running and also can you check since when the data is not gathered as there was bug in st03 data collection so you can have a look in the oss note 1443908 - ST03N - Weekly workload data can no longer be displayed.

Also check whether you have the stat file in place i.e. /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGSXX/data/stat.

Thanks and Regards,

Ram

Hi Jack,

is stad working? if yes, have you scheduled the standard job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR, or if the job was executed successfully?

Cheers,

Denny

1) can you check your logs in

st03n -> performance monitor collector -> log

check if the report SWNCCOLL has been executed successfully

2) and also the control tables

'ST03N -> Collector & Performance DB -> Workload Collector ->

Instance Collector -> Control'

'ST03N -> Collector & Performance DB -> Workload Collector ->

TOTAL Collector -> Control')

which you would see all areas are maked for generating aggregation.

3) you also need check your timezone refer to notes 926290 and 945114 etc.

Hi

1.Check If your time zones match

2. You said that the COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR (RSCOLL00) is running ...have you checked whether the stat file is being modified after the job has run? i.e. /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGSXX/data/stat

if not check for the file permissions of the file and make them 777.

Cheers

Chaith
