credit note & debit note

HI,

IN a business senirio raised debit memo of rs 500 but same time business raised credit note of rs 300 then how we can we have to customize this senirio.

Please give me the solution.

Hi there,

Can you pls explain the business scenario in detail? When they raise a debit memo of Rs 500 it means customer should pay Rs 500. When they raise a credit memo of Rs 300, business has to give back Rs 300 to the customer.

Depends on what is your scenario.

The seanrio is that

In a hotel in meeting room if internet is used then hotel has to pay rs500 to telecom comp & if in hotel the customer is used Wi-FI through credit card the payment goes to telecom company.So telecom company has to give rs 300 to hotel directly.Then in the month end when telecom company has to check his ledger then hotel has to pay 200 to telecom comp.

please suggest me how to do in sap system
