Report from CC erring !

1. I am trying to execute a report from the compliance calibrator ( Xcuse my using the old terms !! -its all still the same !!) the report I am executing is :"TCODES by roles /profiles never executed over a period "

I did the following :

entered the role name, period , and alos for the database access time frame

the error I get is "Transaction Monitor for the time frame not available " even if I give one year or two days the error is the same.

Is there a job that needs to run ( like the fatbak for FF ) or ...?
