New SU per TO item

Hi,

I want to have a storage type with Addition to stock strategy and SUM active. Besides, I want a new SU per TO item.

At this point I have my TO (for GR) being generated with multiple items concernig the palletization data at material master, but every item has the same SU destination.

I need something like:

MatA, Qty10, DestBinABC, SU0001, BatchA

MatA, Qty10, DestBinABC, SU0002, BatchA

MatA, Qty10, DestBinABC, SU0003, BatchA

MatA, Qty10, DestBinABC, SU0004, BatchA

MatA, Qty10, DestBinABC, SU0005, BatchA

Any ideas?

Andre,

In the material master you need to define your pallet size as 10 units and also you can make config in OMM3 where you can create one pllater per section of the storage bin .

by define my pallete size you mean set palletization data at WM2 view? If so, I've already did it, if not, please explain better.

I think OMM3 is for pallets (strategy P) it won't influence Adding to stock (strategy I).

Hi,

I'm not sure your requirement is possible via standard setting.

If you try to set "mixed storage" for your bin in storage type for which SU management and putaway strategy are set you will get this error message:

With SU mgmt, strat.I together with mixed stor. A or X not allowed
Message no. LT008
Diagnosis
If the Storage Unit Management function is active, the system determined
Putaway strategy "I" (addition to existing stock) and
Mixed storage "A" (bin) or "X" (no limitation)
This combination does not make sense.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.

("A" (Several homogeneous storage units per bin) and "X" (Mixed storage without limitations) would make possile your requirement as per my understanding but these values are not allowed...)

Solved it having a shelf storage type with bulk strategy!

Lost the capacity check funcionality but I'll manage by number of SU/SUT/bulk indicator at material master.
