Hi experts,
In VKOA, there're 5 tables exist, for e.g., Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey, Acct Key. When performing account determination analysis in billing document (F2), only one access sequence "Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey" exists for PR00 whlie all the access sequences can list under other condition type.
Why? How to list other access sequence for PR00?
Plz help. Thanks.
Hi,
In standard system PR00 is Pricing condition type. Its access sequence has no relation to VKOA.
The Accounting key assigned to PR00 in Pricing procedure along with VKOA will determine revenue account determination.
Please make your requirement clearer.

Hello Cathy
Please check the access sequesnce ( it is probably KOFI). There you may be having a requirement - LV61CXXX or a 'Z' copy of it-which checks the condition types. So I am guessing you have a requirment (to check if it is condition type PR00 and if so not to bring them to play) against all the other accesses except 'Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey'. Please confirm if this is the case. Thanks.
Hi the experts,
Let me clarify further.
Example
VKOA shows below:
table description
1 Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey
2 Cust.Grp/Account Key
3 Material Grp/Acct Key
z sales org/distribution/Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey
Invoice contains PR00, MWST, ZCP. When performing account determination analysis in invoice, PR00 is just against the table description "Cust.Grp/MaterialGrp/AcctKey", ZCP can be against all the table description above, while MWST does not exist there.
Q1: Why other table description cannot be listed for PR00? U know, I have defined table Z & put the responding account there.
Q2: Why MWST not exist in account determination analysis?
Q3: If PR00 against table 1 while ZCP against Z, any bad impact or risk?
In the access sequences: IMG - Sales and Distribution - basic Functions - Account Assignment / Costing - Define access sequences and Account Determination Types. Check the access sequence KOFI - tables and the order in which. Please maintain the records accoridngly for the tabLE which you desire to apply. It follow the same condition technique as for pricing records and access sequences.
In VKOA the order in which the tables appear might be different when compred to order in which the access sequence tables appear. The order of the access sequences tables will apply for the condition technique.
Hope this helps
regards
Sai
