Error occured for T-code CJ9CS

Hi guys,

I was trying to use CJ9CS so I could do snapshot

However, when I executed the function 2 error messages were found:

1) Assesment cost element SEC 8678 is not surpported in secondary planning

Message no. GM 068

Diagnosis - Cost element SEX 8678 is an assessmenet cost element. Assessment cost elements are special allocation cost elements that are only used for the actual or plan allocation of the assessment. You cannot enter values for these cost elements in manual planning.

Response SEC 8678 is not taken into account.

2) Primary cost element 8609 is not supported in secondary cost planning

Message no. GM072

I am very new to SAP so I hope someone could help me to overcome this 2 error? Or explain to me further about the situation? Thank you. Will be generous with points. Thanks.

for error 1, error message is self explanatory.

for error 2, read this Note 604138 - Copy actual data to plan: Message GM072 or KP574

so for error message 1, there will not be a solution given that 'You cannot enter values for these cost elements in manual planning.' ?

I will read on the note you suggest for error 2.

Hi,

I have tried to post cost element category 1 but it doesnt work. I had 2 error message being posted.

1. Assessment cost element is not supported for secondary cost planning

2. Primary cost element is not supported for secondary cost planning- I have tried using note 604138, however it does not work. Do you know what I can do from here?

Do you know how i can trouble shoot this problem?
