copy client

Dear all,

when i copy DEV 600 client to QAS 500,it stop at "cancelled see log"

client copy could not start because of repository differences

what should i do to solve this problem?

Hi Damon,

1. Try to transport the missing packages or tables using SE03->include objects in a transport request ( frst create transport of copies request and use the same for transporting ur packages or tables )

2. You can exclude the tables during client copy using scc9-> expert settings->tables

Hi Friend ,

Let us knw whicjh kind of client copy you followed (Remote , Eport/Import) .

Check whether the support pack of both system are in equal level . Also Check note 70290 , there is one report RSCCEXPT to exclude tables . I would suggest to go for Export /Import method of client copy for these kind of activities rather than Remote client copy .
