How to restrict list of Message Processors

Hello.

I need to restrict list of Message Processors in Support Message (SLFN) by selected Support team (in correspondance with orgstructure model)

Have you created a Org structure for you team and assign team member BP in PPOMA_CRM

if so in crm_dno_monitor

when team member selects my team he can see message of his team

Yes, I have created my orgstructure. And I need to restrict Message Processor in Support Message (SLFN) by selected Support Team. Now system allows to select Message Processor from OrgUnit which is differ from selected in function Support Team.

To choose the message processor from support team

you need to create access sequence and assign to message processor partner function

Dmitry, check the following SAP Notes 834534 and 621927, manage this authorization with CRM_ORD_PR object.
