Java process threads not starting while starting the xi server

Hi Experts,

I'm working on SAP-XI domain.

Recently we are facing this issue that when we start the XI Server Java process threads are not starting up.

PFB the error log we are getting:

Can any one please let me know why we are unable to start the java processes and what needs to be done to start those Java processes.

Could you please provide me a solution for my query mentioned above.

I searched in SDN but unable to find a suitable solution.
