Hi,
Run the below Txn
CJCO : Budget CarryForward--- Available budget(2010-50) will be carry forwarded to 2011
CJCF : (Carry Forward Commitment)--- PO commitment (2010-20) will be carry forwarded.
CJEN : Reconstruct ProjectINFO base
CJBN : Reconstruct availability control
If you are using the budget availability control as Annual budget release
then you have to again relase the budget for the year 2011.

Hi ,
Thanks a lot for the answer.
I am able to carryforward budget now.
I found that CJCO, takes forward, Commitment + Rem. Ord Plan + Available budget
I have few queires.
1. What would happen if CJCF is not used & commitement lying in the previous year as it is.
2. What is the significance of using these two t codes
CJEN : Reconstruct ProjectINFO base
CJBN : Reconstruct availability control
Thanks in advance .

Vishal

2. What is the significance of using these two t codes
CJEN : Reconstruct ProjectINFO base
Will correct cost data saved on an specific table where is saved the total costs, is the data is nos passed correctly from one year to anoter you might have problems with the performance of your Availability Budget Program
CJBN : Reconstruct availability control
This help in the same way, to correct the data that is reading the AVAC program.
This 2 transactions can be runned frecuently to guaranty that the data on the tables that saves the total costs are updated, the budget woks taking the data from this kind of tables, this gives better performance.
Best Regards.
Commitment Carry forward:
Open commitments are correctly reduced in the old fiscal year
if you process them further in the new. (For example, a purchase
order from 2009 can be reduced by an invoice arriving in 2010.)
Closing open items:
You can close open commitment (open commitments such as purchase
requisitions, purchase orders)
before the commitment carryforward and delete parked FI documents
if amounts not consumed should be returned to the budget.
