SAP HTML Control Error

Hi,

The Payroll guys are trying to do some actions in T-code PU01 & whenever they try to post they recieve this error:

Unknown error occured at method call of the SAP HTML Control.

I have downloaded the latest GUI patch for Windows and applied it but with the same results.

Can anybody please assist me on this.

Hello Guys ,

I was facing having The  same problem And i was using CL_DD_DOCUMENT class for Displaying Top of Page of my ALV and used Display_Document Method Which is called to display document in Top Container and i have used following Code

   call method alv_doc->display_document

     exporting

*      REUSE_CONTROL       = 'X'

*      REUSE_REGISTRATION  = 'X'

       parent              = o_top_container.

The Options REUSE_CONTROL and REUSE_REGISTRATION   are ticked at that time this Dump is occurred and after that those have to be Commented And that ERROR is Gone ....

Hi,

You need to look at the system logs to see what messages are being reported and also for Internet Explorer 7.0 ,install the latest SAPGUI patch.

SAP HTML Control is basically and enbended IE page on the GUI...

Have you tried from a different PC?... What GUI and IE version are you using?

Hi Juan,

The GUI I am using is Windows GUI 710 with patch 16 & the IE we are using currently is 7

You said enbled on GUI how can I enable it or how can I know it is disabled.

Hi,

Have you recently upgarde IE or it was working fine with IE7.

We request you to check with IE6 as well.

Mean time check note:
