Status not changing upon Bid acceptance

Hi,

We are on SRM 5.5.We are currently facing an issue while we accept bid.When we click on the accept bid in processing bid, most of the times the status is not refreshed & it shows awaiting approval.

Interestingly, it does not behave similarly for any other action like bid reject,bid return.

Also observed that it is not happening always for all the bids submitted.

It does not even trigger email when we face this issue while accepting bid.9We have emails triggering upon all these subsequent actions)

When we go further inside to check approval status in bid after we accept, it shows no approval required which is right as it does not require any approval.

What could be issues here.Can any one please guide

Check start condition of the workflow (change version if relevant) has been set correctly to be triggered?

Did you see any error in tr:SWI6 ?

Hi,

SWI6 does not show up anything.I checked the start condition it looks okay.As I stated earlier theis happens quite often but not always may be 90 out of 100 times

Any other direction to check this?

clean jobs are running fine. what is the interval . since some status are updated by CLEAN job.

if work flow has no issues . you must get correct status. or if you dont get status prpoerly, you have full right to create a OSS message and it will be responded promptly by BID experts.

Following is the status observed for object BUS2202

HEADER I1012 Bid submitted

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

WF status says No WF item found

As far as status of Bid Invitation Number is concern it shows

HEADER I1011 Published

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1041 Bid Invitation Ready

WF status suggest as completed for WS14500026

Please suggest.
