Sending Export accompanying document as attachment through mail

Hi,

We have two messages ZSEAD and ZMAIL which will be triggered from Export accompanying document.

ZSEAD is generating a spool request. The settings for this message type is set to Print and archive. But it is just printing and generating spool request number and not archiving.

After ZSEAD is successfully triggered, ZMAIL will be triggered to send the attachment through mail.

In PPF action definition for the message type ZMAIL,the processing type is given as Method call and the method is given as /SAPSLL/MAIL_CD_CUS_CU_EX_ESAD.

But when that message is triggered, error message that "Attachment does not exist" is thrown.

What are KPRO settings? Is there any other setting which is to be maintained to update the tables /SAPSLL/CORPHIO and /SAPSLL/CORPHF which can save the file?

Hi,

Normally you dont have to do more than creating the document with the correct method and it should work. Please check if you did the following:

1. Created the conditions for the output parameters with start condition SLL_PPF_CUS_START_CONDITION (or your own condition if you created one)

2. You have checked your entries for PPF concistency and if inconsistent cleaned it using /SAPSLL/PPF_CONSIST

3. You have activated the content server (to receive the mail with attachement)

4. You have received the PDF as mail from authorities in the document that you are testing

My guess the problem comes from points 3 or 4.
