SAP hardcopy

Hi,

I have trouble with print output:

with XP, shortcut key "CtrlShiftP" I got all - including popup - fine.

Now with Windows 7, output without popup...

SAPGUI = 7.1

any idea ?

hello,

check your standardprinter on your win 7.

maybe you have to delete all your printers in windows and in the first step, only install the printer which you want to use for SAP and test it via hardcopy.

in the second step, install all other printers you need.

What patch level are you at with 7.10? I believe it was patch 15 which brought Windows 7 compatibility. (Note 66971)

patchlevel = 16, also tried with Version 7.2
