Good Afternoon,
It's happening in our system that everytime a user executes a program in background (F9) the default printer presented in the pop-up window (printing parameters) is printer X. Is it possible to change this in a way that the default printer presented to all users will always be printer Y instead of printer X? If possible, how can this be done?
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Pedro
You can do that by setting Output device under the Defaults tab in t-code SU01. This will fill the printer name automatically the next time user tries to print anything.
The user themselves can change there default output device by going from the menu System-> User Profile -> Own Data and then under Defaults tab.
Thanks,
Naveed
