Hi ,
I am trying to USE Shoping cart but i am getting dump
ITS service "bbpsc02" was terminated because no template was found for the
dynpro with number 131 in program "SAPMSSY3".
Any Inputs that whom shd i contact my SRM Consultant or my basis consultant.
It may b the basic question as I am new to SRM

This error could happen when debugg from SRM frontend,
Note 870454 mentions a few extra conditions that must be fulfilled
(profile parameter, default debugger setting, etc.). Is it possible
that any of these conditions is not fulfilled any more?
according to note 915311 check whether kernel patch 110 has been applied.
Yes, this is somehow BC-FES-ITS issue.

Just a quick question: What SRM version are you on? And were you trying to debug at the time of the short dump?
Screen 131 is the debug screen, and as the error states: it doesn't have a template.
If you have an SRM 5 system switch to the new debugger in settings. If you are on SRM 4 you can still debug, but you have to go into transaction SICF, find ITS service BBPSC02 and in the settings add the parameter ~generatedynpro with value 1.
