ME23N - Approver display incorrect

In ME23N under Release strategy tab there is an PO Approver. In our system, it displays X on one server and Y on other server. However this rectifies itself to X which is correct after 15 - 20 mins. I am assuming that initially its reading from buffer however its correcting later. However what i am unsure is from which buffer, is it the front end cache,program buffer or the CUA buffer that this is stemming from. Have you had any similar cases at all. Also how can i check which of these ar
