Hi all
I want to see at which system my XI is running i.e. the IP address of the server and the machine name.
Basically what i want is to send the file from Java application server to XI server using HTTP and so i need to use the server information.

Go to SMICM transaction to find the host name of the system.
Goto->services will give you the HOst name.
Then go to your system RUN command and type CMD
in the cmd pop up, you can try pinging the host name.
like C:/ping hostname

you can always get the ip by pinging the host name in command prompt.
Also if you really want to know the folder path which as been configured (in case of using NFS) contact your BASIS since they will be able to help you.
Once you login to the XI sever, from the menu options itself we can see the system information regarding IP and machine name.
The tcode al11 is for directories.

Tiny
