Stock not getting CIF in APO

Dear APO experts.

I am facing a stock CIF problem, Stock is available in ECC but not gettign update in APO. Although Integration model is active and other publication setting are also correct. But after lot of efforts we are not able to CIF the Stock in a particualr plant .

Kindly suggest some clue so that we can over come this issue.

Hi Vinod,

Please run CCR report and if you see inconsistency between ECC and APO then try to correct from there. If CCR is not able to correct it then please check whether you use Stock Update counter for stock updates. If yes, then check the update counters in ECC and APO. If the ECC update counter is lesser than the APO then it will not update the APO system for that stock. Please let me know if you need more info on this.

If you don't use Stock Update Counters then CCR and RIMODINI should be able to correct this.

Yes Abhilasha Jain is right, but if the issue occurs, The obsolete stock update counter needs to be deleted via program /SAPAPO/STOCKUC_REORG in APO.

Hi Vinod,

This can be solved by executing the initial transfer using RIMODINI program in ECC. This will trigger the initial Transfer of the stock for the active integration model specified by you.

Hi Vinod,

Please check on the following

1) Check inbound and outbound queues through /sapapo/cq transaction

in APO and smq1/smq2 transactions in ECC

2) Check any sysfails

3) Run /sapapo/ccr for stocks and iterate the results and clear the

queues & recheck

4) check the storage location of the stocks where they are placed

Hi,

If all the settings are correct and no error is diaplayed in outbound of ECC or inbound of APO, then please check if by mistake, that there no two integration models active for transfer of stocks.

Please check if OSS note 1174829 (Stocks not transferred to APO, no error message ) is applciation to your system.
