Check in from other environments

Hi All,

We have configured DMS for our customer.Additionally, they also need to be able to quicky check in the documents and this must be available for partners/suppliers as well. Is this possible ? Because the customer will not have SAP GUI installed at their end. If any information is available ,then request you to reply at the earliest. Thanks.

The app provides a direct way of checking in the documents into the DMS based out of other working environments. Some of the features include:

-Check-in of documents by drag & drop

-Possibility to give with a document description

-Feedback about success or failure during check-in

-Maintenance of basic Classification data

Don forget to also look at standard SAP with EHP4 - it contains the web user interface for document management, including authorisation concepts that help you to do this safely.
