IDOC processing error after Orcle upgrade

Hi All,

we recently upgraded our Oracle to 10.2. After this the Idoc transfer to an external database fails with status 79 'Problem when updating external database'. Reprocessing doesnt help.

Please let me know the possible cause / things to be checked.

Are you able to establish a TNS connection to that external database?

HI Mark,

I have checked. The TNS Ping/connection is successful.
