Hello there,
I will very soon need to interface with a SAP CRM project in my company and I have been trying to get a quick overview of what would be required. It would seem that the standard IdM connector should be able to support any ABAP system i.e. also CRM. However, I was wondering if there are any caveats in integrating with the Access Control Engine in SAP?
Best regards,
Anders
Hi Andres,
From IDM's point of view, CRM is indeed just another ABAP datasource.
Whic of the following scenrarios are you implementing?
- IDM only
- GRP combined with IDM
- GRC only

It is an IdM only setup. I was just wondering if there would be any challenges related to the Access Control Engine that seemed to involve business partners etc. I was not aware of whether some sort of connector would needed to be setup to feed business partners or relations between users and business partners to CRM.
Best regards,
Anders
