Unable to access

I have two XI servers in my logon pad. I am able to login to one of the server but the other doesn't let me in.

I really don't get it. Is it because of java webstart issues ? If I substitute the hist name with ipaddress I am able to go to RWB, but cant access IR and ID

Any inputs ?

Both are 7.0. But I don't know the service pack.

How to check that ? And also how to find out the java Webstart version ?

then it shoudl work,,i dont think it because of Java Webstart as per my understanding,if you are able to access one server means second one also should work,becayse both are same cersion.

you required jdk 1.4 version,check in add and remove programs which version of JDK available.

It's 1.6.0.40

Hi,

You have to use JDK 1.4 Version,install old version and uninstall 1.6 version.then youe problem will be solved.
