Dear gurus,
One of our user wants to display changes in quatations which I can display by following the path on quatation screen: Environment>Changes.
How can I give this right to his user account?

KIndly take help of Basis consultant to and check for the authorisation object "S_SCD0" in the t code VA22

Give authorisation for VA23, that will help him to check any data in display mode only.
