PFCG and ERM conflicts

Hi expert,

as we konw that we can set the authorization data in ERM by using PFCG that triggered in back end system, once it has beed done by PFCG, the role is actually created in back end system and then synchronize to ERM . but this is a step before "role approval", so I thinks this is a shortcoming of role creation process. can anybody advise how aviod it?
