completion by buyers to trigger an RFX

Is it possible from workflow completion by buyers to trigger an RFX for a particular SC using SRM 7.0.

Hi,

What is your business requirement?

- Automatic RFx creation after SC approval

- Alert notification email (asking buyer to create RFX) when particular SC is approved.

Usually Sourcing Buyer knows how many items he/she should source today in POWL count.

Each Sourcing Buyer can set POWL Query for his/her responsible categories.

Hi

In SRM standard, the following behavior .

afatre manager approval, The shopping cart comes to cockpit for BUYER action.

Buyer has to manually convert Bid Invitation and sent it to competetive vendors.

Manager is just manager for Requester. As you aware many people has different role in SRM.

BUT BUSINESS WANTS MEANS YOU CAN GO FOE ENHANCEMENT to fulfill the customer request.

but SRM 700 onwards , Purchase request can be converted into RFX in the plan driven scenario.However BUYER manual action is required to publish the bid invitation to different vendor to get best price.
