Hello!
A simple question about the installation of Jco-Connectors with SAP web AS 6.40.
Will Jco be installed on both stacks (ABAP- and Java-Stack)automatically during the installation or only on the Java- or ABAP-stack?
What is about the communiacation-szenario
SAP-system <---> Non-SAP-system?
I assume in this case, Jco will be installed on the external side (it means on the Non-SAP-system)
thank you in advance!

Hi Peter ,
For JCo installation one need to configure .as follows ;

Hi Peter,
The JCo gets installed automatically if there's a AS Java
installation. So I believe it does not come automatically
with an ABAP inst only. The JCo can be used as an
integrated part of SAP or as a standalone to communicate
between an external system and the SAP server.
