Hi

I would like to know about the CRM 7.0 Certification. And how its different from CRM 2005 certification. I am certified in 2005 version and planning to go for 7.0 Certification.

CRM 7.0 has 2 papers... TCRM10 & TCRM 20...

CRM 7.0 has Middleware & Web UI added to the previous Base Customization part.

You also can contact ATC like Siemens / Genovate / BPCL / NIIT for the same.

Hi Kalees,

The biggest and most obvious change is the user interface. You will get questions about the specifics for customizing the user interface and about the end user options to do so.

Try to find some presentations that highlight the new functionalities in CRM 7.0 and focus on those: you will get questions on those subjects for sure.

For all other functionalities follow the same preparation as for the 5.0 certification. All in all the basics haven't changed much.
