Quality Certificate in Procurement

Hi Experts!

I am trying to generate the quality certificate in the Procurement.

In the customizing for Certificate type E21 is configured as:

Cert. for each PO item is filled;

Certi. per GR item is filled;

Control without certif is selected as *Without lot: Error message, with lot: Status, no skip to stock*

I am using quality Info and the parameters selected are:

In the tab Insp. Control, the option 1. Inspection active, independent of vendor certification is selected;

In the Master Material - QM view

QM proc. active is selected

QM control key 0005

Certificate type E21

I´ve created PO normally and When I did the GR I´ve informed the I was receiving the quality certificate,. It was ok for me! But I was expecting that the quality certificate was generated automatically. This was not happened!

I tryied to generate it manually and the message was showed: Enhanced certificate processing is not active for certificate type E21

I don´t know if the information are clear...So, I was wonder If you could help me to understand this issue.

I´ve changed the option in the customizing and the quality certificate was generated correctly. Thanks... Valdevair
