SPRO Customization for JJI8 Content Component Hierarchy

Is there any option in SPRO to enable the delete button in JJI8 Transaction. Currently the delete button in Edit menu is disabled. If anyone has idea in this regards...kindly reply.

SPRO  SAP Media  Master Data  Product  Booking Content Component  Define Content Component Hierarchy Versions.

Select the required hierarchy version and remove the Active button. Save it and then you can see the enabled delete button.

Hi Sujith,

Steps given by "Guess who" is correct. the only add-on i can make here if you still could not perform this , can be a reason as the CC Hierarchy changes you are looking into PRD system therefore you have to move the transport interms of having this access to delete CC's fron the hierarchy in JJI8. make sure you again check it & move another transport so that the hierarchy becomes available for order entry.

FYI

We have another option without changing configuration.

We identify relevant booking unit and delete wrongly mapped content component in Technical view of content and sales view of content. So that, wrongly mapped content component will not be available while creating order by using that booking unit.
