SAP BI 7.1 Security question

Hi,

One of my client triggered a question in relate to SAP BI Security.

Client is going with upgrade to BI 7.1

Data platforming upgrade of SAP BI security, functional in 7.1

They've flipped the optimization security enhancements.

What does this flip mean in relate to BI and Security content?

Please some one answer to the question and help me in providing some documentation so that it will help me out. Please respond ASAP.

Can you provide more information as to where your client "flipped that switch"? What transaction?

Hi,

Ask your client. They will be able to tell you exactly what they mean and you will get it right. We can only guess at what it means.

You'd also ask your client what is SAP BI 7.1?

7.01 is the latest version, 7.2 has been cancelled, 7.3 will be next major release.
